Returns & Exchanges
Should you change your mind regarding your purchase or should your item(s) not be the size or colour you require, we are very happy to offer you an exchange or refund on your order. Should your item(s) be faulty, we will offer an exchange or full refund on your product. Please note, ‘Bespoke’ (bespoke, made to measure or made to order) products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
When returning an item to us, please make sure that you mark your package ‘The Lounging Hound Returns’ and include your order confirmation inside the package. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged so that they are not damaged in transit. Unless you are returning a faulty item, the cost for returning items is borne by the customer.
Please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the date you received your order. Please note that unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any item(s) that have not been received within the statutory 30-day period.
In order to complete a return, please visit our Returns Portal at https://thelounginghound.shipping-portal.com/rp/. Enter your DPD tracking number and postcode and follow the instructions.
