Delivery

Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be dispatched (14 days for bespoke orders). Should you require your product urgently, please email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

As soon as your item is ready for dispatch, you will receive a notification from DPD with tracking and delivery options. UK Mainland standard delivery charges are £7.50 per order. Ireland & Channel Islands delivery charges differ from UK Mainland standard delivery. Please add your postcode at checkout for our Shipping Cost Calculator.

We ship to the EU. Please note that due to the UK no longer being a part of the EU, you may be charged additional taxes by the EU upon receipt of your goods. We have no visibility of any additional taxes that may be levied by the EU upon receipt of goods and are not responsible for those charges.

We ship Worldwide. For International shipping charges, please add your address and country at checkout for our Shipping Cost Calculator.

In the event that we are unable to fulfil an order or part thereof, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of this and any options that may be available regarding your order.  You can then decide whether you would like to go ahead with your original order, choose an alternative product or cancel your order for a full refund. 

We reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel any order prior to dispatch. Under these circumstances we will notify you by email that we are cancelling the order and we will issue a refund in full.
