Whether your dog loves to sleep in the quiet under the stairs or stretched out on a window seat waiting for the postman, we can work with you to design the perfect solution for your home!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do Bespoke orders cost?

It depends on how much fabric is used and how long the design takes our workshop to produce. Once we receive your enquiry, we can provide you with a quotation. We always do our best to keep the cost reasonable, so more customers can enjoy our service.

How long do Bespoke orders take to make up?

We ask customers to allow up to two weeks for our workshop to make up your order.

How do I measure my Sofa?

For the length, the Sofa Topper should sit flush with the arms of your sofa. For the width, the Sofa Topper should sit flush with the sofa back and in line with the front edge of your sofa seat. Sofa Toppers are not designed to be tucked inside the arms of back of your sofa.

Can you help with a design if I’m not sure?

Yes we can. Simply send us the dimensions of the space you are hoping to cover or fill and a couple of images and we will work with you to produce a beautiful design that you are happy with.

Can I use my own fabric for an order?

Absolutely. As long as the type of fabric is suitable for the project, we are very happy to work with your preferred fabric and design.

Can I return a Bespoke order?

Bespoke orders are only refundable if they are found to be faulty. 

What if I don’t like my Bespoke product?

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your Bespoke commission, our team would work with you to ensure we found a solution that worked for you. Customer (and canine) satisfaction is our main priority!
